For your first clean only there is a one-off charge to cover the additional time taken on the initial clean, this varies with house size and frequency of ongoing cleans, this will be explained when quoting for your work required.
Our pure water cleaning system is highly effective at cleaning dirt from your windows, if you have builder’s residue such as, plaster, concrete, stickers, adhesives, or paint, they may also have staining or discolouration from chemicals, rust etc. Our Pure Water cleaning method will not be effective against these. Please notify us before we arrange your first clean.

Window Cleaning and most other services could be from 8am and up to 6pm (in summer). If you have provided us with mobile number we will text you a day or 2 before to let you know we are coming on given day.

It is very difficult to accommodate exact times of visit.
Owing to the schedule of work that day and route that it will follow.

If it is essential to arrange a specific time we will try to accommodate. We work at least one weekend a month so could be fitted in then if we are unable to accommodate during the week. Feel free to ask.

Our standard schedule is 8 weekly which seems to suit most of our customers although we also serve customers with 6 & 12 weekly schedules and even annual on larger property’s. We ask for some flexibility on time scales due to rain and other factors that arise either side of the time due.
We will always try not to clean your windows in the rain. However, we do still work in light rain or short showers. Our promise to you is that the results will still be the same. If rain is heavy, we will not clean your windows. Your clean will carry over to, usually the next working day.
Existing and new customers can pay by Bank Transfer, Cash, Cheque, for any of our services. First time customers and End of Tenancy Customers to pay in advance of job task. Unless work has come through a managing agent that we already deal with, on an ongoing basis, and we are invoicing the managing agent. Large jobs that may require planning of labour, tools, equipment, and product will likely require deposit before work commences. This would be clearly communicated in a written quotation.

We will try to be as reliable as we can for you, but we also appreciate the customer being reliable. We will make time and room in our schedule for you.

On the day of the clean, it is too late for us to replace your clean with another. We reserve the right if turning us away at the door or cancelling on the day with us, to charge you the full price expected and/or cancel any ongoing service with us. We also reserve the right to charge the full price expected if access on the day has not been made available by the customer.

Of course, if there are mitigating circumstances, we can appreciate this can happen and would look to resolve amicably.

We would appreciate that if trying our services that you will at least have 3 cleans with us, as there some costs and time in setting up your account and organising your schedule, along with the initial quotation.

We will always try to provide you with the best possible cleaning service every time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, you must contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will then return by arranging with you, to re clean for free. Please note that complaints made after 24 hours may not be re cleaned. Please note we operate a no refund policy; we will rectify work you are not happy with, free of charge, provided we are informed within 24 hours of the clean date.

All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company, as is required under the terms and conditions of the data protection act.
